I don't mind so much the fact that when I try to pull out a sheet, I inevitably grab at least 5... If the product at least worked the way it's supposed to, it'd be all good.

But seriously, these sheets are less absorbent than regular tissue or even printer paper. It's actually a bit amazing how UNabsorbent they are. It's almost like they're made to repel oil rather than blot it.

Do NOT buy this product.

LORAC Cheek Stamp Review

It's unbelievably easy to use with a built in sponge applicator (which, I might add, just fits the apple of my cheek).All you have to do is twist open the cap and pop some color on.Obviously, color can be heightened for evening should you wish.

The blush is silken, super soft and looks very natural as a blush should.There's a tiny hint of shimmer to it that serves to brighten eyes.Plus, it's housed in a small chic silvertone jar that slips easily into purse or pocket.

My current favorite is "Hibiscus," a lovely rose suitable for we fair skinned ones.

Guerlain Meteorites Minatures Collections With Brush Review

(More customer reviews)First let me say that this review has nothing to do with Amazon, but the company Evecare, who I ultimately ordered the product from (through Amazon).I never had a problem with any other Guerlain face powders or meteorites, however this product left me with terrible rashes on my face!I tried to contact Evecare to return it and I now have a chain of 9 e-mails where the customer service reps tell me I had to send them proof of the redness to return the product.So I put it back on and sure enough, blotchiness all over.I e-mailed the pictures and they said my money would be refunded in 3 business days.That was WEEKS ago!!! I sent 3 different e-mails asking for the protocal to return the item (you need a log in to process a return form from their site... and because I ordered from Amazon, I cant do that.) They e-mailed me back to tell me to mail it to them.No address was given, NOTHING!!I'm actually going to have to contact Amazon directly regarding this to see if they can help me.I dont know what the heck was wrong with the product, like I said, never any problems with Guerlain.But the online store Evecare, NEVER AGAIN!!!Worst customer service EVER!!!

(More customer reviews)One time while in Los Angeles, I had the forward thinking enough to book an appointment with Anastasia because I'd seen her on Oprah and in magazines and knew she was Queen of the eyebrows.I thought if I had one appointment, I could maintain them afterward myself.If you live nowhere near Bev Hills or aren't going to be in LA, this is the next best thing.It's like having her in your home permanently.
The kit is fantastic.There are different colours to choose from and it's easy to use.It does look a little weird at first if you use the colour where there are no brows, but I don't know if everyone can tell, or we girls are just a little more fussy when it comes to ourselves.
This is the best way to get the perfect shape and it really DOES make a difference to your face.You'll look better and ultimately feel better.The stencil is the best invention and I highly recommend it.

Mistique Eyebrow Pencil Review

(More customer reviews)I originally reviewed this as a very realistic red hair pencil, but I change my mind. In fact, in my original review, I specifically went on about how most red hair pencils make your eyebrows look yellow, but that this was truly a red hair pencil, and tied in perfectly with my vibrant red hair. But it's just not true. I don't know what happened, but lately, I've noticed in pictures of me that I would otherwise have loved, my eyebrows are noticeably yellow in comparison to my bright, (almost purplish)-red hair. It looks terrible. I thought maybe it was just the flash of the camera, but I was looking in the mirror last night and noticed it then too... I'm beginning to think redheads should just use a brown pencil.

For the record, for comparison's sake, my skin color is fairly ivory (strawberries and cream), and my hair is L'oreal Feria Power Reds #68.

I'm going to try to attach a photo of my hair against my forehead and my eyebrows that are colored with this pencil. I'm not sure how to do that yet, so we'll see.

Urban Decay Metallic Glitter Eyeshadow Intense Shadow .05 oz (1.5 g) Review

(More customer reviews)I typically won't spend more than the 5 or 6 dollars for a Maybelline. I love my make-up, but I don't see the point in spending more than a few dollars for it. That said, I bought four Urban Decay eyeshadows last year and have not regretted a single cent. I think I wouldn't go for anything more expensive, but these were worth each penny.

The colors are bold and vibrant and they don't fade for awhile, and still look very well when they do. They will eventually crease, but only upon close inspection can you tell. It never looks bad. A reviewer complained that it fell onto her face; that can be a problem, and if you use foundation, wiping it off isn't really an option unless you want to redo your whole face, SO: I suggest using your fingertip to apply (that's the best way to use it) without taking TOO much, otherwise it will still crumble. Just swipe it a couple of times instead of once if you don't like the shade; the color will intensify. It's velvety and coats over itself neatly. Some of my other eyeshadows dust or crumble when I do this. As long as you don't swipe up enough to see pieces, Urban Decay won't.

These are excellent eyeshadows and come in such a wide, attractive variety that Urban Decay wins as my favorite every time. I believe they are definitely worth what you pay for.

And as end note, because I so appreciate them from other reviewers, a run-down of some of the colors I own:

Polyester Bride: A shimmery absolute white, not creamy, with some glitter.
Cherry: a very pretty pink, but it looks more like a pinkish white once on. It's also got some glitter, but less than Polyester Bride.
Vert: A bright green shimmer that has a more of a sheen than a glitter to it. One of the best green eyeshadows I've found. Very bold.
Green Goddess: Same quality shimmer as Vert. It's almost like a green-silver, a bit earthy, I suppose very goddess-like. :) If you compare with Vert, it looks lighter, but it's just as bold. Much darker than the site shows, in person and applied.

The only reason I gave them four stars is due to the excessive and unnecessary plastic packaging. Overall, these are worth every penny for one who has oily or combination skin.

I have brows that have thin spots that can be annoying since having wonderfully defined full brows really makes our eyes look dramatic all the time. Ive tried all brow fillers, pencils, powders..I even have the proper brushes to apply them, but as can be expected, my brows and eyes only look good when the makeup is newly applied. When I heard about this product, I just had to try it, and believe me, even after I've perspired and spent the day in the heat or getting rained on, (I play sports so I even rub my entire face with a towel to dry off my sweat) my brows (and eyes) remain wow! I use the color 00, it's the lightest of all colors offered and I have dark brows, but it is just right. Really stays on all throughout the day and night, you won't be disappointed with this one.
