(More customer reviews)First, this is the BEST eyebrow pencil ever.Sadly, it is triangular-shaped and thus does not sharpen well using standard round pencil sharpeners.This would be a non-issue if the special sharpener Laura Mercier makes for this pencil was available.I've been to 4 Nordsroms in 2 states and even the Laura Mercier representatives are frustrated at the lack of availability of the pencil sharpener that is necessary to use this great pencil.
