(More customer reviews)For years, I have used a loose powder to combat oily skin.As the years have ticked by however, my skin has gotten drier (Michigan winters are brutal).A dermatologist told me that in order to compensate for the dryness, skin will produce more oil (typically in t zone area).My skin has been a disaster for the last 2 winters.And then, I tried a sample of Bare Escentuals mineral veil...Wow.A powder that actually seems to hydrate my skin & really deal with the oil.I need to reapply this product although not for about 6 hours after the 1st application.I am so pleased with mineral veil that I can not imagine using anything else.
