I waited for about a month of using this product before writing this review:
When I brought this product at a local Sephora, I used it with two points in mind:
1. Blemishes take 2 weeks to form. They might rise to the surface more quickly depending on stress, diet, hygiene, etc. I wasn't expecting a one-day or even a one-week miracle.
2. Make sure to to completely wash the face (I use a cleansing towelette to remove makeup and the Proactiv system) before applying Rareminerals.
I had these difficult small, whiteheads on my forehead, along the tight side ridges of my blackheaded-nose, and above my upper lip. It always made me cringe when they became inflamed and left scars on those areas. When I started using this product, I didn't really see major changes until about 1-2 weeks afterwards.
I am happy to say that the product is fantastic. I like how the sulfur in the product helps put down the redness and the size and frequencies of the whiteheads. There are NONE now. This product isn't over-drying at all and it didn't make me itch. I now make it a practice to pat on rareminerals on areas that are prone to break out even when my skin is clear.
Also, I don't know if it is because of this product but for about a year or so I had this unexplained redness around my mouth. I wasn't sure if it was just discoloration or a fungus but I was always embarrassed about it andcovered it up with make up. However, when I started using this product it just...disappeared? I'm thinking about testing this theory out by not using rareminerals but I don't think I want to go through another period of that!
I know all these skin conditions sound gross but I brought them up because I want to show that this product definitely works. If you were to see my skin now you wouldn't even think I had problems like that!

It does have an unusual fragrance but it didn't really bother me that much and it does go away as soon as you apply makeup or your personal skin oils/smells seeps through.
Of course, using rareminerals alone as your sole blemish-routine isn't a good idea. I use this as a fine-tuner to my cleansing system and I feel that I've finally perfected it!
