After reading about Bye Bye Undereye, I decided it was worth a try since a plastic surgeon developed it. You only need the SLIGHTEST dab on your finger to spread it. Very thick and creamy but spreads niceland conceals beautifully and stays on all day. The only con is that after one month when squeezing the tube, a lot of air came out which means it't not a full tube. At first I thought it would last me a very long time, but now I wonder if there are more air pockets in it.

I was very upset when I received the product so in the webpages from Amazon and from the art store there was no information about the dimension of the box and the diameters of the circles.Since it reads in the description that this pallete is used for pressed powder, any make up artist would understand it is for storing a face powder, and not eye shadow powders,,, terrible.

I got the product, I am not happy with it, but I brought it into Mexico and returning it to you would cost me more, but this is definitely a product I am not going to suggest buying.

The moisturizer is enough for my relatively dry skin.It covers and does not irritate my (moderate) acne (yes, dry skin *and* acne, aren't I lucky?).It evens out my skin tone, covers dark circles, and acts as a great eye shadow base if I'm feeling ambitious.It leaves a natural looking finish that you can set with powder, but don't have to.One key piece of advice though:use a foundation brush to apply this makeup...it is so concentrated that without the brush I had trouble spreading it around my face.You really only do need a pea-sized dollop for a full face application, but in order to get it to all the parts of your face, you'll need a foundation brush.

Bare Escentuals bareMinerals All-Over Face Color Review

(More customer reviews)My sister recently purchased a BE starter kit, and she was so impressed that I decided to try it for myself.One of the extras that she bought was "Clear Radiance" all-over face color.I absolutely LOVED the color and very slight shimmer provided by this product.It is a great TRULY all-over face highlighter without being at all over-powering.

"Warmth" was also included in the starter kit.Being very pale, I was skeptical that I would be able to use such a dark bronzer-like product (and I definitely used too much on my first try), but with practice, I found that I was able to get a good bronze highlight without going overboard.MOST IMPORTANT HINT: You do have to be VERY careful to use a VERY small amount, especially for pale skin-tones.

Also, Warmth is a little bit finer powder than the foundation.Because of this, I have found that it tends to gather above the sifter rather than staying below the sifter.This causes quite a bit of trouble if you are trying to use the recommended minimal amount (sticks to lid, and you have to tap off as much as possible before swirl/tap/buff).I would recommend only removing part of the sticker covering the sifter, so that way only a couple/few sifter holes are open, leaving you with more control.

I liked Clear Radiance and Warmth SO much that I decided to try more all-over face colors.When looking at the color selections, I was drawn to Glee, Soft Focus Warmth, and Rose Radiance.I went to my local BE boutique, and the Glee was too purple for my skin tone (I'm sure it is spectacular on others, just wasn't right for me).

While looking at the Sephora BE online boutique, I saw the "Go Bare, Baby" kit which included Soft Focus Warmth (SF Warmth), Rose Radiance, Bare Radiance, and the Soft Focus Face Brush.Considering that I was already wanting SF Warmth (for my paler skin) and Rose Radiance as well as a softer face brush, I decided that the GBB kit was perfect.

SF Warmth is EXACTLY what you would expect.It has all the qualities of Warmth which I like, but just a little bit lighter, which is perfect for my pale skin.As I said before, I have learned to use regular Warmth; however, I will probably give that to my sister (slightly tanner than me) and use SF Warmth from now on.

Rose Radiance is perfect as a light blush (a little too dark for me to use all over), and I have been able to create a very nice look by layering Clear Radiance, SF Warmth, and Rose Radiance and using them on different parts of my face (all-over, cheeks, eyes).I think I will probably be needing to purchase a true blush for occassions which require a darker blush, but Clear & Rose Radiance are perfect for everyday.

I have not yet used Bare Radiance, but since it is so neutral, I imagine it will be another great choice for all-over color and also an interesting addition to eye effects, etc.The pots in the GBB kit are a bit smaller than full size all-over colors, but considering the tiny amount used each application, I think they will probably last quite a long time.I love BE's all-over colors, and there is a GREAT selection of different colors!

(More customer reviews)Like some others mentioned, I was a little confused and disappointed when I followed the directions to apply Dr Feelgood OVER my makeup.(I seriously wonder if that's a misprint?) It mattified my face, but didn't do anything for the appearance of my pores and it wiped off my blush.

So then I tried it again, putting it on first, before anything else and VOILA! I LOVE this stuff.I have huge pores, and with a little smudge off this over my cheeks, they completely disappear.

I have combination skin, and it's been getting drier on my cheeks, the older I get.Even using this over dry skin, I had no problems.

So the only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is that it doesn't work well with the "dewy" look.It's very, very matte.(But I'll happily make the sacrifice to make my pores disappear!)

I think the price is fine - the stuff lasts forever and it isn't a drugstore brand, after all.All makeup and products from companies like this cost a bit more.I used to carry it in my bag all day and then I realized that there's no point - I only need to put it on once in the morning and it lasts all day.

As for the controversial smell - I love it, I think it smells fresh and clean and slightly lemon-y, and the packaging is terribly cute.

MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Microperfecting Primer To Go Review

(More customer reviews)I usually can't wear primers.In fact going near Benefit's face brightener primer or any of Smashbox's primers causes my skin to break out.I was hesitant to even try this, but I bought the HD to go box of goodies online and this was one of the three products.I use the HD powder and elixir religiously so I figured I would give this one a shot.

I'm glad I did because it doesn't break me out at all.It's a very light primer, some primers I've used are thick and are the perfect base for makeup, this one is a lot thiner and light, that's probably the reason it doesn't break me out.It is the perfect base for makeup, I even use it under Some Kind a Gorgeous or my clinque foundations. Since it's so light it doesn't fix everything like, well truly, a good primer should.I notice my pores are minimized and any type of foundation goes over smoother.

The price is a bit much though.I just received this a week ago so I'll update to let people know how long it lasts.If it's a really good buy then I might have to try to green make up forever primer (I have super red skin).

(More customer reviews)I've always worn my cosmetics very natural, preferring subtlety to ostentation.I usually go for a monochromatic look on my eyes and cheeks, using a bit more color in my lipstick, which changes shades to suit the garment I am wearing.Needless to say, I was intrigued by Almay's Smart Shade Blush.The concept of a blush that is subtle and adjusts to flatter your skin tone was something I couldn't pass up.

This is my first experience with a cream blush, and I have to say I don't think I will try one again.I wasn't fond of the messy application, requiring a trip to the bathroom to wash my hands before continuing (I do my make-up at a vanity table in my bedroom, using a lighted make-up mirror), and I thought the cream blush felt a bit sticky on my skin.

That is, until it wore off.My normal cosmetics routine rarely requires I touch up my make-up throughout the day, with the exception of my lipstick.On a hot summer day, I might powder my face a bit, but it is rare I have to touch up my blush until evening.The Almay Smart Shade Blush wore off very quickly, leaving my cheeks without a rosy pink hue within hours.I should add that I broke myself of the habit of rubbing or touching my face years ago when I realized the act bred pimples, so this was simply normal wear sitting at my desk in my office.

I do have to say, however, that when first applied, the subtlety of color is attractive.But an experienced hand can easily achieve that same look with a powder blush that lasts a bit longer in the day.

Overall, I have to say I would not use this blush again.After a week of wear, the tube lies in my make-up drawer without further use and will likely be the victim of a spring cleaning in a year or so.Someone who is partial to cream blushes may like this one better than I did, and I would recommend they try it.For me, it just didn't meet my needs.

Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Powder Foundation 1 ea Review

(More customer reviews)I have used several mineral brands in the past, including Bare Minerals, Mary Kay, and others. I picked this one up because I have very fair skin (hence the Classic Ivory) and liked that there was spf 20 in it, while Bare Minerals has only spf 15, and Mary Kay and most others have no spf.

I do not recommend using the included sponge applicator, unless you take the compact with you and need a quick touch up. I would use a professional kabuki-style brush for the application, and use the swirl-buff method. Just get a little powder on the brush and buff it out all over your face. I found that it gave me great coverage and matched my skin-tone well. I also would recommend that you exfoliate and moisturize before putting on this product, but that would go for any type of mineral powder foundation.

Overall, I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone. It's really a great product for the price.
