(More customer reviews)This is one of my favorite foundations. It's not high end, and more like a B+, but it works for everyday use just fine.
It glides nicely on the skin, and there is no cakiness, but it can be drying, so I make sure I use moisturizer under (with SPF). It gives almost matte finish, but without cast look.
I have a light to medium skin and I've tried 2 colors, #2 is more neutral tone, and #3 is definitely yellow based. They both work on me, but I like better #3 as it gives more tan look and works better during summer.
It last long hours without disappearing from the nose even during hot days. It doesn't make me break out, I used long enough to make sure of that (I used to love MUFE and Smashbox HD foundations but they gave me rash and pimples:/)
I would definitely try this one if someone likes more green products. It is lightly scented, nothing unpleasant, on the contrary, but it might be subjective.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Diamond Shadow Review

(More customer reviews)Ok ladies , listen up. We are always on the hunt for a shadow that will stay put . Well, this is the greatest thing since the telephone. I thought being 45 that I no longer could wear these kinds of colors because this particular eyeshadow has diamond dust in it . That makes it slightly sparkly. I bought the black to use as a liner and found that it is magnificent as an eye colorand a liner. You can use them wet or dry. One more kuddo point. Today , I wore a smoky eye and for the 1st timewet the liner brush and tested this product wet and wow the results. I wish I could show you. I also tried 2 other shadows from the diamond line and it really isn't as sparkly as I had initially thought.As you have heard me say before , Make-Up Forever colors are highly pigmented which means they are color rich and true to the color. A little can go a long way . They don't smear or run. I have worn this line for some time now and the color stays put the whole day. I know it sounds unbelievable and if you have the chance , go to a Sephora and test it for yourself. You will not believe what they can do. :)
I also reviewed the urban decay line and w/out sounding weird . I like that line too but this line has better staying power.

(More customer reviews)This is a great product. I've gone through numerous undereye concealers from Sephora and Ulta, Lancome, you name it, but nothing made me happy. After reading about Bye Bye Undereye, I decided it was worth a try since a plastic surgeon developed it. You only need the SLIGHTEST dab on your finger to spread it. Very thick and creamy but spreads niceland conceals beautifully and stays on all day. The only con is that after one month when squeezing the tube, a lot of air came out which means it't not a full tube. At first I thought it would last me a very long time, but now I wonder if there are more air pockets in it.

It was dry, heavy, grainy and you really had to rub hard just to get it like that. I have fair, dry, rosacea type skin and was looking for a good cover up makeup. Sorry, this isn't it. I have the Cover FX in liquid form and that is much better. I would not recommend.

Sue Devitt Triple C-weed Review

(More customer reviews)Okay ladies - I have been in search of the Holy Grail Foundation and Pressed Powder for years and I finally decided to take a break from powdered mineral makeup as my face just wasn't responding to it anymore.So I searched and searched online and after the many reviews I read about this product and thought that I would give it a try.

The consistency is good, but it didn't go on my face well, even after trying several different approaches 1) Put a light moisturizer on first - didn't blend well 2) Put on Stila "Clean Slate" first, still didn't blend well3)Put on nothing beforehand - yep, you guessed it, stil did not blend well.

I have extrememly oily skin and I'm not exactly light skin, but not a definite Medium either.It was my opinion that the Sandy color would be perfect.Noooo, I was way off.I think the small swatches of color are too light on this website.The color I received, which was correct, would be great if it were the middle of summer and I had a great tan.

I decided to not let the color be a factor, I would just use it sparingly.Well, then the whole not blending predicament foiled my plan.

Had I sent the product back and received the right shade for my face, would my opinion be different?NO and I'll further bore you....after I attempted to get this to blend, then tried the powder and my normal eye, lip, cheek routine, I usually leave the house within 5 minutes of completing this task and begin my 20 minute commute.Oh my gosh, by the time I got to work, my face was an oil slick.

I think this product would do well on someone with normal skin, but I can't reccomend it for anyone with extremely oily skin.

Another downside...it's a tad pricey.

I took a chance two weeks ago on Revlon Colorstay for Oily Skin.I think my search is over....well, at least until my skin decides it doesn't want me using this product again.That will happen one day after I go out and purchase a new bottle of it, you'll see!!

I have brows that have thin spots that can be annoying since having wonderfully defined full brows really makes our eyes look dramatic all the time. Ive tried all brow fillers, pencils, powders..I even have the proper brushes to apply them, but as can be expected, my brows and eyes only look good when the makeup is newly applied. When I heard about this product, I just had to try it, and believe me, even after I've perspired and spent the day in the heat or getting rained on, (I play sports so I even rub my entire face with a towel to dry off my sweat) my brows (and eyes) remain wow! I use the color 00, it's the lightest of all colors offered and I have dark brows, but it is just right. Really stays on all throughout the day and night, you won't be disappointed with this one.

MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Microperfecting Primer To Go Review

(More customer reviews)I usually can't wear primers.In fact going near Benefit's face brightener primer or any of Smashbox's primers causes my skin to break out.I was hesitant to even try this, but I bought the HD to go box of goodies online and this was one of the three products.I use the HD powder and elixir religiously so I figured I would give this one a shot.

I'm glad I did because it doesn't break me out at all.It's a very light primer, some primers I've used are thick and are the perfect base for makeup, this one is a lot thiner and light, that's probably the reason it doesn't break me out.It is the perfect base for makeup, I even use it under Some Kind a Gorgeous or my clinque foundations. Since it's so light it doesn't fix everything like, well truly, a good primer should.I notice my pores are minimized and any type of foundation goes over smoother.

The price is a bit much though.I just received this a week ago so I'll update to let people know how long it lasts.If it's a really good buy then I might have to try to green make up forever primer (I have super red skin).

These are some of the best eyeshadows in the industry as far as the pigment density, how easy and smooth they go on, and the great way they look and STAY on. Velvety texture and true color.

These are always a must-buy for me and I keep them in my makeup case regularly. I've also bought them as gifts for many of my girlfriends who now can't get enough of them!

The color (110 pink porcelain) looked chalky the first moment, but when spread with a (dry) sponge, it created a streakless, smooth canvas with a subtle glow (not shine). My skin looked great (and I dare say - I looked younger).
I am happy to say this is my favorite foundation so far.

I prefer this foundation over the 10+ I've tried because it looks natural and leaves such a smooth finish. It blends well. You can use it dry as a finishing powder or use it wet for a matte stay. It's a great buy for such a low price. Very underrated brand in my opinion.

Its still a little pricey though.I started with Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder and loved it.Then looked for a cheaper alternative and found this.This works great too but I was still hoping to find something less expensive that worked.After all, this is just one step in the makeup routine.... :)

I did find a cheaper brand that I LOVE.Sheer Miracle's Extreme CloseUp HD High Definition Finishing Powder (available Extreme CloseUp HD High Definition Mineral Finishing Powder Makeup 8g/.28oz (Compare to Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder) or at sheermiracle dot com). It is identical to the Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder and only $15.50. You can't go wrong with any of these products but if you can get the same quality at about half the price, why not!?

MAKE UP FOR EVER Star Powder Review

(More customer reviews)This is, by far, one of the coolest products I've ever found. I use it mainly as an eyeshadow. My favorite shade is 951 Irridescent Fuschia, which is a wild and crazy, super-bright hot, hot pink with shimmer. The more pigmented shades do tend to stain the eyelids a little, but an eyeshadow primer underneath the shadow will help decrease the chances of that occuring.

These shadows are very, very eye catching and many of them have two different pigments in them, so depending on which way the light hits you, you may see a different shade.

I absolutely love these powders . . . the intensity, the super-fine texture, the colors and the vibrancy are all right on!
